The Vision

The Accomplishments
of Neumann Developments and its sister company, Neumann Enterprises has been to preserve well over 500 acres of some of Wisconsin's most precious land in permanent open green space without the use of tax dollars.

undertaken by Neumann Developments include rural areas without sanitary sewers, rural areas with sanitary sewers, urban areas with green space, and the more conventional urban subdivisions.
